Rimal: Dune Bashing — Privacy Policy

Effective date: November 6, 2026

Who we are

Rimal: Dune Bashing (“Rimal”, رمال) is an Android game made by Amer Sarhan. This policy explains what information the game handles. Questions go to the contact address at the bottom of this page.

No account, no servers

Rimal has no accounts and no sign-in. The developer does not run any servers for the game, and does not receive your game data.

Your progress (pearls, vehicles, upgrades, missions, ranks and best distances) is stored only on your device, in the app’s own storage. It is deleted when you uninstall the game.

Advertising

Rimal is free to play and shows ads from Google AdMob: a banner, and rewarded ads that play only when you choose to watch one. The ads are delivered by the Google Mobile Ads SDK, which may collect:

Google uses this information for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention. Google’s practices are described in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.

Consent and choices

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the game shows a consent message from Google (the User Messaging Platform) before personalised ads are served. You can change your choice later.

On any Android device you can opt out of personalised ads in your device settings by deleting or resetting your advertising ID.

What the game does not do

Rimal has no in-app purchases. It does not access your camera, microphone, contacts or precise location. Vibration is used only for haptic feedback during play.

Children

Rimal is not directed at children under 13.

Security

Data collected by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit.

Delete your account and data

Rimal does not create an account for you, so there is no online account to close. Everything the game knows about you lives on your phone, and you can remove it at any time:

  1. Delete your game data. Open Android Settings › Apps › Rimal › Storage and tap Clear storage, or simply uninstall the game. This permanently erases your progress, pearls, vehicles, upgrades and settings. It cannot be undone.
  2. Delete advertising data. Open Settings › Google › All services › Ads (or Settings › Privacy › Ads) and tap Delete advertising ID. You can also review and remove ad activity at My Ad Center.
  3. Ask us to delete anything else. Email amer.sarhan@gmail.com with the subject “Rimal data deletion request”. We will reply within 30 days. The developer does not store personal data about Rimal players, so we will confirm that nothing is held and point you to the steps above for data kept on your device or by Google.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
